Sky-Frame Pivot, where movement becomes part of the architecture.

Royal Design Marbella represents Sky-Frame across Marbella and the Costa del Sol, helping architects, designers and private clients review the Pivot system route for villas and architectural projects where the opening is designed as a precise, sculptural transition rather than a generic pivot door.

01 · Architectural intent
Pivot system · Movement, threshold and presence

A pivot opening for projects where the door is part of the spatial composition.

Sky-Frame Pivot should not be treated as a generic “pivot doors” page. The correct intent is Sky-Frame Pivot as a system-specific architectural solution: minimal aluminium and glass, controlled movement, and a refined transition between interior space, exterior space and landscape.

It also needs to remain separate from MHB Steel Pivot Systems. MHB belongs to the steel and steel-look language. Sky-Frame Pivot belongs to the Sky-Frame world of transparency, lightness, large glass surfaces and minimal visual interruption.

Architectural movement

The opening is experienced as a controlled gesture, not just as a functional door leaf.

Sky-Frame language

The system keeps the visual focus on glass, light and proportion rather than on a heavy frame.

Project review

Geometry, opening direction, access, threshold and system information should be reviewed with the project team.

Pivot Drive · Fingerprint

A clean interaction between access, movement and architectural control.

The Pivot route can be reviewed with access, operation and project requirements in mind. The video is included with a poster image and no preloading, so the page stays visually rich without forcing the asset to load before the visitor interacts with it.

Pivot Drive
System route · Pivot

A door that rotates around an asymmetrical pivot point.

Sky-Frame Pivot is designed for openings where the movement itself contributes to the architectural experience. The system route should be reviewed according to access requirements, opening direction, surrounding glass, threshold conditions and available project drawings.

Pivot gesture

The door rotates rather than sliding, creating a different architectural rhythm at the threshold.

Sky-Frame integration

Pivot can be considered within the wider Sky-Frame glass system language when the project requires visual continuity.

Not steel pivot

This page should remain distinct from Steel Pivot Systems and avoid competing for the same steel-system intent.

Technical conversation

Drawings, opening dimensions, access needs and surrounding finishes help define the correct next step.

06 · Project coordination
Royal Design Marbella

A considered route from pivot intent to technical conversation.

Royal Design Marbella helps project teams review the architectural intention, available information and relevant Sky-Frame Pivot route before moving into drawings, quotations or further technical coordination.

Project brief review

The first step is to understand the villa, access point, surrounding glass, threshold, opening direction and design intent.

Drawings and information

Plans, elevations, dimensions and façade conditions help define whether Pivot is the right Sky-Frame route for the project.

Sky-Frame coordination

Relevant technical information, references and system documentation can be coordinated for the project team.

Quotation and next conversation

When enough information is available, the next quotation or technical conversation can be structured with clarity.

Let the architecture decide how the opening moves.

Royal Design Marbella works with architects, designers and villa owners to review Sky-Frame Pivot information, project drawings and the next technical conversation for architectural projects across Marbella and the Costa del Sol.

Best considered while geometry, access, threshold, surrounding glass and project information can still be coordinated with the architecture.
